David
Michael Davenport AIA, P.A., was established in
February 1989 and is a full service
architectural firm providing superior design,
construction document and construction
observation services. All drawings from
preliminary to construction documents are
digitally produced. All staff design and
production personnel are college graduates with
architecture degrees. The firm maintains a one
million-dollar professional liability/errors and
omissions policy.
A U.S. Army veteran, David Davenport received a
Bachelor of Design with honors from the
University of Florida in 1981 and a Master of
Architecture degree from the same school in
1985, and initial registration in Florida in
January 1988. A member of the AIA and NCARB
certified, Mr. Davenport is seismic qualified
and possesses credentials to qualify for
registration in all 50 states of the Union. Mr.
Davenport is currently registered to practice in
Florida, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois,
Massachusetts, Maryland, Texas and Louisiana.
Mrs. Jennifer Showalter completed a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration in 1996, and
a Master of Architecture from the USF School of
Architecture and Community Design in 2000. She
has been working in the Sarasota area ever
since. She has been registered in Florida since
October 2004 and has completed all requirements
in order to be NCARB certified. She is currently
pursuing registration in Georgia, Mississippi,
and Massachusetts. |
